Club Data Protection Notice:

 

Bangor Rovers FC collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This information is required to run the club safely and effectively, including player registration, communication and safeguarding.

 

We will never share your data with third parties for marketing pruposes.  Information may be shared only with relevant football governing bodies (e.g IFA) for registration and insurance purposes.

 

I declare that:

 

I herby give my consent to Bangor Rovers FC for the use of images where the person subject is included therein, taken by said club for production and use which the said person may appear on websites, owned by the club, publications produced, print advertisements and any social media accounts run by them.

 

In giving consent, I understand and declare that: That the images containing the subject in this consent shall be held by the club in accordance and compliance wth the GDPR guidelines (the General Data Protection Regulation);

 

That my information herein, as well as the images to be shared of the subject, shall not be disclosed to any other party, out of the remit for which it was obtained, without my written consent.

 

That I hereby allow the use of the images where the subject is included shall belong to the club for their own disposition;

 

I may excercise my right to withdraw the use of my image anytime by written request, from the effectivity of this consent. After which, I am given the right to ask to cease the use of my images thereafter.

 

By submitting this form, with my digital signature and date below, I am affirming to the provisions mentioned above and the effectivity of this agreement shall commence.
